How do I participate in Survey

Visiting Survey Centre

  • The Head/Senior of the family will have to register for the Survey at respective survey centres with their Ration Card and Identity proof (such as: Aadhaar Card, Pan Card, Voter Id Card and Passport).
  • Families without Ration Cards can also go to the survey centre with the Id proofs as mentioned above.
